Click on "Sign Up"

Find your desired league and division, then select "Register Online" to the right.

If you are entering a team, select "I am registering my entire team,"  and complete all information (do this even for individual/dual events).

If you are joining a team, select "I am registering for a team," choose the team from the drop down menu, and complete all information.

If you are registering as a free agent, "I am an individual registering" and complete all information.
